Main Areas of Research Interest

My main area of research interest involves leadership in nursing, organisational climate and health. The main aim of the research is to investigate and analyse the conditions and relations between organisational climate and operative leadership, leadership and health and leadership and nursing. Interpretation will be done by the hypothetical deductive method in an action theoretic and confirmation theoretic perspective. Five studies are planned and data will be collected by interviews, observations and also with a questionnaire for organisational climate.
